Common Area LLC (Delaware) operates software products including Ask Hans and GateKeeper. Each product's own site carries its product-specific terms; this page states the terms for Common Area's text-messaging programs.

SMS / Text-Messaging Terms & Conditions
Common Area LLC operates the following transactional messaging programs:
- Ask Hans Deal Updates — real-estate transaction updates approved individually by a licensed agent. Program page: https://www.askhans.ai/messaging
- GateKeeper Gate Pass Alerts — gate-pass delivery for community visits. Program page: https://gatekeeperhoa.com/messaging
- Message type: Transactional. Messages are sent per event at a user's request. We do not send recurring or promotional texts through these programs.
- Message frequency: Varies — typically one message per event.
- Cost: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
- Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to cancel. After you send STOP, we send one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed and will send no further messages. To rejoin, reply START or contact support.
- Help: Reply HELP to any message, or contact dougcalahan@commonarea.io / (843) 593-0254.
- Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy: Mobile information and messaging consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
