Software for the people whose work happens around somebody else's home.
A house changes hands through the same set of hands every time — the
agent, the photographer, the inspector, the closing side. Then somebody
has to run the neighborhood it sits in. Both halves are held together by
email, text messages and memory, and neither has ever been anybody's
priority to fix.
We take it one profession at a time. GateKeeper is where we started on
the community side, and there is a great deal more to build there — the
back-office work of running an association is as neglected as anything
in the transaction. Right now most of the building is on the
transaction side.
What we build
A digital assistant for real estate agents. Tell him about a deal in
one breath, from the car, and the dates, the documents and the
promises are written down. Ask him what closes Thursday and he
answers, by text, at whatever hour you asked.

Management software for gated and resort communities. Guest passes,
RFID vehicle decals, property transfer workflows, annual assessments,
violation tracking and resident communications — built for
self-managed boards and for the companies that manage on their
behalf.

Free software for real estate photographers. Every shoot sits on one
page — the address, the time, the access notes, what was ordered — so
nobody texts for the gate code at 7am. The day before a shoot it asks
the seller whether the house is ready, which is how you find out from
your kitchen instead of from the driveway. Deliver once and the agent
has everything that night.

InspectRelay
In development
For home inspectors. The report is the product, and today it arrives
as a PDF that four people read four different ways.
CloseRelay
In development
For the closing side — the coordinators and attorneys chasing the
same documents on every file, from a different party each time.
